Retreat Booking Policies

Deposit: 50% of the total cost is required to secure your spot on your selected retreat.

  • Full payment: Due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Late bookings: Require full payment at time of booking.

  • Cancellations:

    • 60 days before start: refund minus deposit.

    • Less than 60 days: no refund.

Transfers: Bookings can be transferred to another person with at least 14 days’ notice (same package, same dates).
